Right of Withdrawal
Only the consumer is entitled to the following right of withdrawal:
If the packaging has not been opened and the product is in a brand new condition, you have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. And do not have to bear any shipping costs.
The cancellation period begins on the day after you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, takes possession of the final goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., by mail, fax, or email). You may use the attached sample cancellation form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will have to refund all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery we offer), immediately and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notice of cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in any case, you will not be charged any fees as a result of this refund. We may refuse the refund until we have received the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. If you send back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period, you will meet the deadline. Otherwise, you will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if such loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
