I advise against buying from Amazon. Just yesterday, a pedestrian suddenly appeared in front of me, and in an attempt to avoid him, I ended up falling along with my bike. The fall resulted in numerous scratches on my body and also damaged the screen of my electric bike. Sadly, the e-bike was just a month past the warranty period, so I couldn't get any coverage from Amazon. Had I bought the e-bike directly from their website, I would still have had a valid warranty until this summer!

I am 178cm tall and weigh 75kg. Riding at 25km/h is no problem for me. Considering my size, this bike feels very quick. The frame is short enough that I can stand with both feet on the ground at a full stop without any discomfort. This is a better option for someone of my height compared to most other bikes at this price point. There was a broken derailer protector during shipping, but it wasn't the Varun's fault as the shipping service was not reliable. I sent a message at 10:30pm and received a reply in less than 30 minutes. I was impressed with the speed of the reply and how quickly the new part was shipped. The LCD screen is very bright and can be easily seen even in direct sunlight. In fact, I had to turn down the brightness because it was too bright at night.

There is only one thing that I'm not completely satisfied with, but I don't consider it a deal breaker. The bike doesn't have a back tail/brake light. I might be picky about this, but having a brake light at the back would be really beneficial.
